Really. You pay month to month. If you want to stop, text or email us and we turn it off at the end of your billing month. No cancellation fee, no annual term hiding in the fine print. The annual prepay option is there if you want the discount, but nobody is pushed into it.

Pay for 10 months up front and you get 12 months of service. Same plan, same features, same person setting it up. If you would rather keep it month to month, do that. Prepaid months are not refundable once the year starts, so only choose it if you are sure.

Everything it takes to get you live: connecting or porting your business number, registering your number with the carriers so texts deliver, importing your customer list, writing your text messages with you, and a training call for you and anyone else who will use the inbox. It is a flat $499, paid once, and it covers your shop for good: there is no setup fee on any add-on, now or later. Founding shops get it free.

The plan includes a monthly text allowance sized for a typical shop. If you go over, we charge cost for the extra messages, which is a fraction of a cent each. We will tell you before that happens. Nobody has surprised a customer with a texting bill and kept them.

Text-to-pay is an add-on at $59 a month. Standard card processing fees apply on each payment, the same as any card terminal or invoice link. We do not add a markup on top of the processor’s fee. We will show you the exact processor rate before you turn it on.

Add-ons are extras that some shops need and some do not, so they are not in the plan: online booking ($49), text-to-pay ($59), memberships ($59), after-hours call answering ($129). Each is a flat monthly price on top of the plan, billed month to month. There is no setup fee on any of them, the first month is free, and you can cancel any add-on at any time.

Yes, any month, by text. The first month of any add-on is free and there is no setup fee, so trying one costs nothing. Most shops start with the plan alone and add booking or text-to-pay once the texting has paid for itself.

The normal monthly price for each add-on, on the same terms as every shop: first month free, no setup fee, cancel any time. The founding price covers the plan itself.

Then you should cancel, and we will tell you so. The money-recovered dashboard exists so neither of us has to guess. If the recovered number is not comfortably above your monthly price after a couple of months, we will help you shut it down.

No. The 15-minute demo is a phone call where we look at how many calls you miss and whether this is a fit. If it is not, we will say so.
